SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description
This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates to customers who have booked an appointment or requested information through ReGen Wellness Clinic’s website at https://www.regenwellnessclinic.com, or via related scheduling forms and landing pages.
Opt-in consent is collected through web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent.

2. Cancellation Instructions
